Paul DiLella, Community Manager
With over 20 years of experience in the hotel industry, Paul is excited to be a part of the Rickert family and bring his knowledge from that field into the manufactured home community industry. Originally from Central New York, he has lived in Florida for over 35 years and attended high school at Bloomingdale in Valrico and Florida State University. Paul’s focus in his previous career and into this new start is to keep everyone happy and exceed all property expectations.
Randall Cramer – Community Sales Manager
Randall Cramer brings years of experience in the mobile home industry to his role as Community Sales Manager at Lincolnshire. Originally from Indiana, he moved to Florida five years ago as a seasonal resident and has since embraced the Sunshine State as home.
A proud graduate of Wabash College, Randall is happily married and a devoted father to four beautiful daughters.
Chuck Valenti, Regional Operations Manager
With over 17 years of experience in the manufactured home industry, Chuck is excited to be a part of the Rickert family. He has lived in Florida for over 50 years and enjoys keeping communities running smoothly and solving problems.
Diane Truesdale, Sales Office
Diane has come to us with years of experience. As our Community Sales Manager she is eager to introduce new residents to our friendly community. She believes in creating a welcoming and supportive environment for all our residents. Diane loves to travel and is a loyal fan of the Buffalo Bills.
Mark Herron, Head of Maintenance
Mark has been part of the Rickert family for 4 years, he has been passionate about taking care of the park. Mark has lived in Florida for 25 years and loves to ride his motorcycle in the sunshine state. He is proud to work at Lincolnshire Estates!
Jason DeSisto, Maintenance
Jason joined the Rickert family in September of 2024 and he just moved here from Maine! He is excited to join us here at Lincolnshire and is focused on keeping the community running smoothly.
Spencer Knowles-Hale, Cleaning
Spencer joined the Rickert family in September of 2024. He has lived in Florida for 13 years and he is very passionate about his artwork in his free time. Spencer’s goal at Lincolnshire is to keep the place tidy and running smooth. He is excited to join us here at Lincolnshire!
