Paul DiLella, Community Manager
With over 20 years of experience in the hotel industry, Paul is excited to be a part of the Rickert family and bring his knowledge from that field into the manufactured home community industry. Originally from Central New York, he has lived in Florida for over 35 years and attended high school at Bloomingdale in Valrico and then Florida State University. Paul’s focus in his previous career and into this new start is to keep everyone happy and exceed all property expectations to the best of his ability.
Chuck Valenti, Regional Operations Manager
With over 17 years of experience in the manufactured home industry, Chuck is excited to be a part of the Rickert family. He has lived in Florida for over 50 years and enjoys keeping communities running smoothly and solving problems.
Warren C. Lowe Community Sales Manager
I am a highly trained professional with over 20 years in the Manufactured home sales and management business. I worked with my father to develop and sell mobile home communities in central Florida.
A graduate of Indiana University with a marketing degree. A native of Indiana but have been in Florida since the late 70s.
Married with 2 children and 3 grandchildren.
